What is micellar water and why I need it?

Micellar waters are water that undergoes a process called micellization which in fancy terms means a process of aggregation blablablabla. Okay I don't understand so I'm so sure that you guys also will not understand the meaning and yang senang nye, this micellar water we use to remove makeup on our face.

And it's great for all skin types, including sensitive and oily, okay? haha mianhae guys.



     Once upon a time, I felt that I want to start wearing mascara. Watching YouTuber do a makeup tutorial, their eyes perghhh lawaaa weh. And also as you know, I'm really not a makeup person and one day, I bought a mascara and wear it. But I bising bising cause even using a cleanser, it still not removed cause I don't have that makeup remover and I was like ottokeeee :(

     Finally, I used the cotton bud and baby oil to remove it. At that time, my sister is not at home so I can't use hers and a few weeks after (after I save some money), I bought one hehe.

     Yes, it's GARNIER Micellar Cleansing Water and it's pink (which is ayong favourite). Why they didn't make it purple :(


How is it applied or used?

    Guys, please. I knew you all know how to use this isn't? hahaha :p It just me yang slow baru nak up. So syabas anak muda!




    I always have rednesses after I cleansing my face or during makeup process *what a sad life*. I don't know how sensitives my skin are but surely my skin is a sensitive type :') Because of that, I'm so struggling to find out, make an experiment what products suitable for my skin. Fyi, while I'm typing this, there's one spot of itchy redness suddenly appear above my eyebrow :')

My skin so sensitive with dust and unclean hands, pillow and etc.

      So far when I used this Micellar water, it's not irritating during removing. But after I wipe all over my face, I still have to wash my face because of it uncomfortable. Not too bad or too good. Also, an affordable cleansing water (RM14.++) to remove basic makeup, but again I had to put more effort removing mascara. But overall it's all okay. haha

So this year probably the year I started wearing makeup :')

     Currently, I'm really obsessed to try out a new colour and also my money cannot be saved anymoh :') RIP money. I'm more into a gradient lip looks rather than fully lip coloured because, nanti comot. haha

 So here are five lip products I'm current using it.



1. SilkyGirl Moisture Boost Lipcolor Balm. (Wine and Latte)

     This lipcolor balm came in 6 shades and I ended up with shade 06wine and 01latte. It doesn't dry the lip and moisturizes lightly.

2. Mentholathum Maxilip Caviar Anti-Aging Lip Balm.

     I love this lipbalm so much. It is colourless, tasteless and scent-free. Non sticky.

3. Peripera peri's Ink.

     Only used this when I want to make a gradient lip.

4. SilkyGirl Matte Junkie Lipcream.

     Code 01retro and the colour is sooooo lawaaaaaaa love it <3

Assalamualaikum everyone! How are you? I hope you're in the pink because I feel a bit under the weather. I'm just recovered from fever and I think I'm going down with a cold. I've got a sore throat and a little of flu so, take care of your health buddies.



     When it comes to makeup, surely I'm not a person who you should ask or anything related to makeup haha :') I just have the basic and I'm not a makeup person yet, but slowly I will learn about it and let's start with lippies.

    So here I am typing an entry after a long time being away from the laptop, haha. I'm too busy with college schedule and feel real sick when they bold the word "PART 1 DIWAJIBKAN, KETIDAKHADIRAN AKAN DIKENAKAN TATATERTIB" in UiTM. Seriously -_-

    But there you go, menyampah menyampah pun pun, I did it! Next week is where my final exam is begun which you know Kedahan will start their week not on Monday but on Sunday :') Ready kah diriku ini ? *_* So I think I need to find college care for final exam haha :p


1. Food - There a lot of nights and early mornings leading up to and running into finals week. Make sure you eat and don't be sick. Seriously. If I'm too lazy to eat and busy studying *konon* I will switch on my water heater and make a nestum 3 in 1 yummyyyyy also make sure it is healthy snacks.


2. Fun And Relaxing Desk Items - Throw away all book from my desk! haha no, I'm  just kidding, I need it or I also can change it to fun notes I guess *wink* anddddd, wipe dust on my desk and put a little minion sticker, arrange the stationary and wallaaaa , it will be a comfortable zone when I'm on my final exam ;)


3. A Personal Note - A quote , for my spirit to fighting on exam such as " It will all be worth it in the end" and if sometimes I feel lazy, I will remember my mom and my family, remember what they have done to you and what you should do to repay your parents alright :)


4. Get Enough Sleep - What will happen when you burning the midnight oil and feel so sleepy when answering the paper on the final exam? I cannot because I will lose my focus and in the end, I will end up sleeping and not answering my question sheet. It's happened when I'm in form5 :') struggle sangat lol.


5. Read - Okay this might be difficult, but when it comes to a subject which full of theory, you don't have a choice other than reading and write and read and write. Trust me it will be worth and really effective because I take Diploma in Banking and there's MGT 162 in there :') Besides, you can study with your friends, dia tanya kamu, kamu tanya dia, yang tak ingat boleh jadi ingat :D


     There a little college care that I want to share with you, that me myself and I really do it haha. There is a lot of tips and what you should do when your final exam, google-ing some more and find out which one will suitable in your way ;)

     Okay, this is the backpack that I used to put all my things. It's from Mydin. I love the colour, blue-black I guess, and its have many pockets that I can just put all my things here and there haha :p It's a bit bigger but I don't care cause, for now, I'm more into the backpack. Maybe once a week if I only have 1 or 2 class a day I will wear my minion tote bag :3

     So inside it, I have my water bottle and planner. I admit I'm a forgetful person :') so I need a planner to remind me of everything I have to do. I wrote everything in there, my assignment, what I should do for tomorrow.....

     I have two bottles that I always bring in my backpack, small and big. In the photo, it's my small minion bottle where I bring it when I don't have more than one class in a row.

     My bottle is listed in the most important things I should bring to everywhere. It's compulsory since I was in high school. I can't live without it, and I also don't like when people asking you for water cause they are too lazy to bring their own, what the mole? -_-





     My minion a.k.a my purse a.k.a my self-care kit. I don't like a big purse to bring to the class. Berat tahu, so this is the cute minion where I put my money it it, my lip balm in it, my minyak angin in it, my self-care items and keys :)





     This is my glucose. I take this whenever I feel that I will change to sleeping beauty :')

     Drink boiled water is healthier than drink non-boiled water. I will always drink water every hour and also before to sleep but, don't drink too much. Drink water can keep you hydrated and promotes sleep also you will feel rejuvenated in the morning. If you do this regularly, you will start sleeping soundly as well. After that, I will apply lip balm and yeah, get ready to wake up with beautiful smile :)

     Wear an eye mask to bed can help you fall asleep fast and block out all the light so before go to be I will wear an eye mask (tapi kadang kadang tidur je terus dah ngantuk bebeno) Try it, it will feel comfortable and great :)



     Now let's get to bed ready. A few weeks ago, I started a new routine which is every night, I will always spray my bed and pillows a few times with my favourite peppermint spray. It's smell so nice and helps me to relax before bedtime.

     I've been busy lately. Not enough time to update an entry but hey, I'm come back with my overnight beauty tips and I want to share with you all. So here the 5 beauty tips that you need to know. Basically, these are the things that I love to do before going to bed.

    Assalamualaikum and hey ladies and gentlemen *wink*. Since I'm 18 this year, and I want to start to take care of my skin :') As you know, I really don't care about skincare, beauty and what else when I was in high school. My skin so far is okay till I was 15. Really sensitive and so many ruam gatal gatal and I don't know why -_-    Mungkin sebab  Indah banyak berjemur main netball tanpa sapu sapu SPF heyyy I don't care about that kind of things -_- got burn easily and yah masa darjah 6 pun berjemur jugak tapi tak lah terus sensitive skin. Maybe hormon remaja ? :p

     So, I had searched on how to keep our skin healthy, clear for acne dan sewaktu dengannya for myself and I want to share with you guys how I take care of my skin. When it's work for me, doesn't mean it works for you. Everybody is different. But there's nothing wrong to make an experiment to look what's does work and what doesn't work for your skin :)





1. Stop using moisturiser. If your face full of acne and oily, please stop using moisturiser. People are wrong when they said like "oh you have acne you should put on moisturiser cause.........." oh girl -_- I have combination skin, sensitive and oily. When I put on moisturiser on my face, it's will more oily and breakout even worse *cried corner bed*. Do not apply moisturiser (if you want to, go ahead). Using benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and clay mask. Dry your skin out. When your skin getting better, you may consider having moist on your face, a light or gel moist.

2. Changing your pillow case at night. You can use silk pillowcase cause it's very gentle on your skin, doesn't irritate your skin at night. But still, wash your pillow case at least once a week. Oil from your hair products sticks on your pillowcase while you're sleeping. Silk pillowcase doesn't hold on much oil and bacteria as cotton pillowcase does.

3. Stop touching your face. When I said touch I meant touching like any physical contact between your hands and your face. Your hands have bacteria that when you're touching your face, the bacteria move on your face and cause acne so, everyday talk to yourself "I'm not going to touch my face" many time because I always touch my nose -________________-




4. Start drinking green tea! Throw away your Starbucks girls if you want a healthy skin :p It should be pure green tea not in a can mixed with sugar :') Dairy and honey, don't put any of that stuff in. Drink it complete green tea ! I love green tea, I love the taste. I have green tea every single morning. It is so good for your body. You can check out in this entry, I talked about benefits of green tea :)

5. Gets in the sunshine. Many people said " when you're out the sun, make sure you wear hat/SPF. Of course, it's super duper important but, I'm said like 10 minutes period will not make you burn . Besides, the sun in the morning between 8 to 10 a.m. is so good for you because of it high of vitamin D and it makes your blood circulation much more intense and heals your skin :)

6. Eating citrus fruit. Pineapple, orange, lemon and lime. Your skin uses antioxidant and vitamin C to kill any bacteria developing under the skin then to flush out your system. By having that flash out from your body will prevent toxin coming through your body or from you face, your back and chest :)

7. Suck out oil from your skin. You can use egg white, paint on your face, let it dry and rinse it off with warm water. Egg white does work to suck out oils not only the top layer of your skin but, it goes deep and pulls out all oil. Doing this weekly can help to control your oil level depending what skin type you are.

8. Face yoga. Facial movement helps to reduce eyes puffiness . Do it every single day morning or night for 5-10 minutes.

9. Exercise is important to staying healthy and keeping your skin clear. Suggested exercising for about 15 minutes a day to keep toxins in your body at bay and maintain clear skin. Like me, I do 60 minutes of cycling every day, tapi kalau ada satu hari malas tu skip jugeeee -_- haha

10. When you workout, be sure to wash your face before and after you exercise. Leaving makeup on your face while exercise means that it will mix your sweat and clog pores, so be sure to start and end with clear skin.

     Again, my dear, there's nothing wrong to make an experiment to look what does work and what doesn't work for your skin :) Thank you for reading.

TIPS HOW TO GET PERFECTLY CLEAR SKIN . ( for women and men )

    Assalamualaikum and hey ladies and gentlemen *wink*. Since I'm 18 this year, and I want to start to take care of my skin :') As you know, I really don't care about skincare, beauty and what else when I was in high school. My skin so far is okay till I was 15. Really sensitive and so many ruam gatal gatal and I don't know why -_-    Mungkin sebab  Indah banyak berjemur main netball tanpa sapu sapu SPF heyyy I don't care about that kind of things -_- got burn easily and yah masa darjah 6 pun berjemur jugak tapi tak lah terus sensitive skin. Maybe hormon remaja ? :p

     So, I had searched on how to keep our skin healthy, clear for acne dan sewaktu dengannya for myself and I want to share with you guys how I take care of my skin. When it's work for me, doesn't mean it works for you. Everybody is different. But there's nothing wrong to make an experiment to look what's does work and what doesn't work for your skin :)





1. Stop using moisturiser. If your face full of acne and oily, please stop using moisturiser. People are wrong when they said like "oh you have acne you should put on moisturiser cause.........." oh girl -_- I have combination skin, sensitive and oily. When I put on moisturiser on my face, it's will more oily and breakout even worse *cried corner bed*. Do not apply moisturiser (if you want to, go ahead). Using benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and clay mask. Dry your skin out. When your skin getting better, you may consider having moist on your face, a light or gel moist.

2. Changing your pillow case at night. You can use silk pillowcase cause it's very gentle on your skin, doesn't irritate your skin at night. But still, wash your pillow case at least once a week. Oil from your hair products sticks on your pillowcase while you're sleeping. Silk pillowcase doesn't hold on much oil and bacteria as cotton pillowcase does.

3. Stop touching your face. When I said touch I meant touching like any physical contact between your hands and your face. Your hands have bacteria that when you're touching your face, the bacteria move on your face and cause acne so, everyday talk to yourself "I'm not going to touch my face" many time because I always touch my nose -________________-




4. Start drinking green tea! Throw away your Starbucks girls if you want a healthy skin :p It should be pure green tea not in a can mixed with sugar :') Dairy and honey, don't put any of that stuff in. Drink it complete green tea ! I love green tea, I love the taste. I have green tea every single morning. It is so good for your body. You can check out in this entry, I talked about benefits of green tea :)

5. Gets in the sunshine. Many people said " when you're out the sun, make sure you wear hat/SPF. Of course, it's super duper important but, I'm said like 10 minutes period will not make you burn . Besides, the sun in the morning between 8 to 10 a.m. is so good for you because of it high of vitamin D and it makes your blood circulation much more intense and heals your skin :)

6. Eating citrus fruit. Pineapple, orange, lemon and lime. Your skin uses antioxidant and vitamin C to kill any bacteria developing under the skin then to flush out your system. By having that flash out from your body will prevent toxin coming through your body or from you face, your back and chest :)

7. Suck out oil from your skin. You can use egg white, paint on your face, let it dry and rinse it off with warm water. Egg white does work to suck out oils not only the top layer of your skin but, it goes deep and pulls out all oil. Doing this weekly can help to control your oil level depending what skin type you are.

8. Face yoga. Facial movement helps to reduce eyes puffiness . Do it every single day morning or night for 5-10 minutes.

9. Exercise is important to staying healthy and keeping your skin clear. Suggested exercising for about 15 minutes a day to keep toxins in your body at bay and maintain clear skin. Like me, I do 60 minutes of cycling every day, tapi kalau ada satu hari malas tu skip jugeeee -_- haha

10. When you workout, be sure to wash your face before and after you exercise. Leaving makeup on your face while exercise means that it will mix your sweat and clog pores, so be sure to start and end with clear skin.

     Again, my dear, there's nothing wrong to make an experiment to look what does work and what doesn't work for your skin :) Thank you for reading.

Ya Allah, I cannot stop eating and I just stayed at home and doing nothing. When Kakyong came back home from POLITEKNIK, she was bebel bebel at me like "anyahhh hang makan jeke kat ghomah ni" and me -_______-

     So for the past couple of weeks, I had made the green tea (which is Kakyong's idea) as my "must drink" every morning :') At first, it tastes bitter, I'm not very familiar with the green tea flavour. Rasa nak muntah bila mula mula minum tu serius cakap. Then after a couple of weeks, I have it every night before goes to sleep. Dah jadi mcm sedap pulak dan must have *wink*

     Green tea is a product made from the Camellia sinensis plant.





      It can be prepared as a beverage, which can have some health effect :) Green tea widely consume in Japan, China (memang kita tahu diorang punya tea herba macam mana kan) and other Asian nations. Yes, green tea makes you lose weight. No, having it in the form of ice cream, or noodles does not count. Neither does wearing green tea perfume ke, dropping green tea scented in you shower gel ke. Takmo ehhh.





     Weight lost. This is the main reasons why I started to drink green tea hahahahaha xD I have to lose weight. Seriously, I have to! Drinking 2-3 cups of green tea daily could help  burn as much as 100 calories. Woahhh kannnn. Green tea has 0 calories. Sama macam ayor masak. But if you add sugar, lemon, honey tu dah kira lain lah ye :p

     Besides, drink green tea can speed our metabolism (make easier to lose weight) and prevent diabetes. When you exercise, it allows you to exercise for longer. Also, detoxifies your body. Sama mcm aayor detox lemon ke apa yang korang minum untuk detox :)





     Green tea is really really good for your skin. There're so many benefits to you get a healthy skin. It helps with skin allergies (if you have sensitive skin like I do) and clears acne through its antioxidant effect also preventing the clogging of pores on the skin. Green tea has 25 times more antioxidant than Blueberry. If you don't have wrinkles, don't wait till you have them to treat them. Prevention is key. Green tea also can prevent skin cancer, so start to drink green tea girls!

     After working on a computer for long hours, your eyes will feel tired and that puffiness around eye area appeared. Then you can place cool tea bags on eyes and feel refreshed! :) Cold tea bags also effective in the treatment of pressed and damaged pimples to reduce its redness. Also, helps to prevents skin from harsh sun rays Actually, there're many benefits. I will make new entry for beauty benefits of green tea and DIY later :)





     Next, the catechins in green tea may inhibit the growth of bacteria, this can lower the risk of infections and lead to improvements in dental health, a lower risk of cavities and reduces bad breath and plaque. I had root canal treatment last year, so I have it to prevent tooth decay. It's also can be a better dental hygiene like my gums get swollen easier after my accident last year (that's why I have to do RTC) so I made it as my mouthwash. It's work, serious! 

     


     Last but not least, nothing more important than to take care our health. Drink green tea will maintain your healthy circulatory system. Example when you consume, it will boost your immunity against illness such as kills cancer cells (lung cancer, ovary cancer, breast cancer), help to protect your body, liver and lungs from alcohol, reduce high blood pressure and improves memory.
